Frequently Asked Questions

1. How does the rental process work?

Simply browse our website, select the equipment you need, choose your rental dates, and submit your request. We’ll confirm availability and follow up with payment and ID verification details. Once confirmed, you can choose to have the gear delivered or pick it up in person.

2. What documents do I need to rent equipment?

We require a valid photo ID (passport or UK driving license) and proof of address. Proof of social media presnece. Two trade references.   A refundable deposit may be required depending on the equipment value.

3. Do you offer delivery and collection?

Yes! We offer delivery and collection. Charges may vary depending on your location and urgency. Same-day delivery is available in some areas. Alternatively, you can pick up the equipment from our location.

4. What happens if something gets damaged or lost?

You’re responsible for the gear during the rental period. In case of damage or loss, you will be charged for repairs or replacement costs. We recommend using the equipment responsibly and storing it securely when not in use and obtaining insurance cover for your rental period.

5. Is a deposit required?

For some high-value items, yes. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking and is fully refundable upon safe return of the gear.

6. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, same-day rentals may be possible — feel free to get in touch!

7. What if I need to cancel my booking?

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental date are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

8. Do you provide technical support or setup help?

We’re happy to help you understand how to operate the gear before your rental starts. For more complex setups, let us know in advance and we can offer basic guidance or recommendations.

9. Can I extend my rental?

Yes, just let us know before your rental period ends. Extensions depend on availability and involve additional charges.

10. Is insurance included?

Insurance is not included. You are fully responsible for the equipment while it’s in your possession. If you have production or personal insurance, we recommend checking if it covers rentals.
